Thank you! I quilt most of my quilts on my domestic, but I splurge and send one a year off to the longarmer. I tried some custom quilting with a template using my domestic for this one. It’s a bit rustic but I liked it overall.

My Trailhead quilt is complete! This was part of the Toad Circle mystery quilt sew along, pattern by Heck Yes Sew Co.

Fall in Utah is pretty spectacular - 10/06/2008

Apparently 17 years ago today, I was in Salt Lake City, Utah taking photos of flowers. I like how they have peach fuzz and it sort of looks like there's an angry spider face in the middle.

I tried a new quilting technique this weekend. It’s not perfect but I like how it turned out and I learned a lot of good lessons for next time!

I finished my mini Mt.Pisgah quilt today! This gorgeous pattern is by Hampton Quilt Studio.
Miniature star quilt with a dark blue background. The star is in light blue and light green fabrics. There are cream fabric accents. The binding is blue with white dots and the quilting is on a grid that follows the piecing on the quilt.

Another quilt top finished this weekend. This is the Trailhead quilt by Heck Yes Sew Co. for the Toad Circle Mystery Quilt Sew Along. These colors are SO hard to photograph.

Almost done with my Flora Fields quilt! Two more seams and a border to go! This one has been so fun (except those little purple petals; those were hard).
