A late #neolithic statue-menhir found at Rottenburg-Lindele, dating 3250-3000 BC. It is considered one of the oldest anthropomorphic stone sculptures from southern Germany and was reused as a cover for a grave in the 8th/7th century BC.

Picked a book based on the cover for the Reading Glasses Podcast challenge, and it's an anthology of horror stories set in the middle ages. If the intent is to get you reading outside your usual wheelhouse, it failed, but I'm NOT mad about it.

Meet gorgeous Lady Lennox - believed lost for 110 years and now confirmed found by the Fruit ID committee. Local pomologist Denis Smith discovered it growing at Burghley House and I slowly managed to unravel its provenance. Thrilled our submission was successful.
