Roughly a week ago, after I watered my plants, I told my Google Home to "remember that I watered the plants today." It happily said it would oblige. Today I asked it when I last watered the plants. It replied, "You asked me to remind you that you watered the plants today." 🤦

I hate to state the obvious but I'm not seeing anyone mention this. I'm not sure a day goes by where I don't think about it.

If progressives start winning (*really* hope so), and Democratics started to encourage them rather than throttle them (again, *please*), the party will start seeing self-interested, corrupt people flying a progressive flag, and it's going to be hard to stop them. Still better than the status quo.

I know there's wisdom in shorter election cycles, but I get wanting to start it, like, now. Need that glimmer of hope for our future.
Or even better, maybe a cohesive, radical, and united movement from the left to fight back without being tied to the election cycle. Now.

I worked at PPFA from 2010-2012, just down from Cecile's office. I was young, low-level; started as a temp digitizing docs. She was absurdly busy, but she learned my name, and said hello to me every day. She was kind, caring, and driven. I'll remember her fondly.

I worked at PPFA from 2010-2012, just down from Cecile's office. I was young, low-level; started as a temp digitizing docs. She was absurdly busy, but she learned my name, and said hello to me every day. She was kind, caring, and driven. I'll remember her fondly.
