Is it a tariff or a Duty that GM and Stellantis have to pay. Big difference because if it's a tariff then Canadian's are footing the bill. It should be a Duty that the carmaker pays in advance of importing. Of course they will add cost to their vehicles but no one is going to buy them anyways.
