I found the titles for Victorian and Wild West... what's the Antiquity one called? I think I find ancient history the most interesting. :)

I remember that this was the pattern in the Psalms when I would read them with Eric Ortlund. The language appeared to be God causing calamity for the wicked but when you looked closer and read further it was often just the natural consequences of evil catching up with them.

That TWoD is based very much on the real world makes it feel more real, and that you are compelled to keep your identity secret, trying to blend in, also makes it feel like it could be real. One thing that another GM said that stuck with me, Vampires makes you care about your character. He's right.

I like that insight. Then whatever the event, nothing can separate us from the love of God, and that informs our opinions about the events which can is needed when we are disturbed.
