Interesting. Based on these comments, it seems that viewpoint is still entrenched in university setting. It will change if we encourage more discussion about careers outside academia.

Yes, there is evidence that bats are foraging offshore, but none that do this exclusively.

I'm always interested to hear what other tools people are using, and I'm curious what your writing workflow is. What apps are you using? Are you writing your articles directly in the Ghost editor or using another writing app like IA Writer or Ulysses?

This could help offset cuts to research funding. Scientists still need to get paid for their work though.

Definitely! It's a great way to study animals on such large-scales that would not have been possible prior to the smartphone.
