Great post. Was at the Wendy’s in Hope BC posted a video about it to my YouTube today. White guy white pick up had an Ukraine flag on the back window of the cab drivers side. I said “ Victory For Ukraine” and he appreciated it.

Woke up after 6.5 hours sleep walked for 2 hours. Briefly chatted with a few ppl. Good service at 7-11. Erased racist gravity and picked up litter. Someone tore down a hanging basket of flowers. Mental health not good. Look forward to long nap.

Going to try a long nap. Went to bed at 8 PM had trouble going to sleep then nightmares woke me up twice. Finally slept for 4 hours. A RCMP cruiser with QC Quebec side markings and BC plates and an out of order sign has been parked at the motel I stay at all night. Never seen a police car overnight

Closed since 2017 Hope Motel although the beer store is still open. The tag in red is from within the last 72 hours. The Balfour company covered up most of the doors and windows of the Hope Motel earlier this year. It is the biggest building downtown Hope.

Had a 3.5 hour walk. Picked up litter. Ran into Mrs Gray and her daughter in Thacher Park talked to them for a bit. Congrats to her granddaughter for graduating high school. This town has a thing for painted rocks I like. This rock was in the lower right hand corner of the sign.

Was eating the leftover excellent pizza from Papa Johns in Hope BC. They have cleaned up their act since I came to town and declared their store the worst in the chain I have encountered for staff or quality of pizza. I was eating it at 508 Old Trans Canada Hwy at 4:45 AM a white pick up truck
