flats aren't as easy to sell - they stay on the books and end up discounted even in posher areas (or that's what the London estate agents say) - so there must be less demand and pricing accordingly

can I just stress that it was me calling voters patient or impatient - not the very careful academic researchers!

Also it's possible to get impatient about idiotic hyperactivity in policy that reinvents the wheel and screws things up on the ground - but maybe that's just common or garden pissed off

bloody good point Jane - I thought that the female 'everyday concerns' angle sort of hinted at that perhaps? May be an inference too far as I know Matthew and co are keen to avoid journalistic speculation!
