Reads a lot, sews things, does other craft, manages a library, is a mum and wife. Opinions are my own. Dislikes stickers on fruit. Give me pie. Cheese is life. She/her
Exactly. If you're in a service industry, you'll be lucky to get the stats off. Some orgs force their workers to take the week off betwn Xmas/NY but it's back at it Jan 5th.
What the actual fuck.
Everything closes for exactly one day, unless you are rich and can just take time off. Basically everything is open except for a few days here and there.
Who is resurfacing this question give me names I just wanna talk

Seymour: let's not make "assumptions" that a serious food safety incident is the responsibility of a company with a record of food safety incidents so bad that officials strongly warned against contracting it. Maybe it was the person who reported it! What a prick. www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/christchu...
Seymour labels principal at centre of mouldy school lunches a media 'frequent flyer'
The principal has hit back saying the food is delivered daily and leftovers removed.

Finished up these #PeppermintFernPleatedPants on the weekend. Made with a linen shibori pattern fabric, should be great for summer wear. Next iteration will have the zip at the side to make it more #AccessibleClothing

Unemployment - 5.3%
Underemployment - 12.9%

The highest unemployment rate since December 2016.

And the highest underemployment rate since September 2015 (except briefly at the peak of the pandemic).

The government just doesn't care about New Zealand workers.
