Did you know he won an election in the 90s?

Felt like play calling was better until we got up 21 and KP decided to play conservatively.

Scott Bessent is a coke fueled jackass but he might be the only person keeping this shit even moderately together

Sure hope this all has a measurable ROI!

All AI is essentially just the continuous devaluation of expertise and skill. It lets people do what people like say, Musk, have been doing since the dawn of time. Claiming credit for the work and skill of others.

That’s why no one will give it up. It’s the promise of a shortcut to Carnegie Hall.

These dipshits, I swear. There are witnesses and victims! Just ask them, they’ve been trying to get someone to listen.

Gotta start asking these guys how it feels to be taking orders from a guy who knows what Clintons penis tastes like.

Man I’m just gonna block you lol, if the solution was regulation California wouldn’t have the most expensive real estate in the world
November 13, 2025 at 10:31 PM
That’s fine, you’re just as welcome to disagree with me as I am to not care
November 13, 2025 at 10:27 PM
Do you think I was blaming immigrants? I think your reading comprehension needs work lol

Or that states like Texas have less of a problem with it even as their population climbs? Or that the areas have more green energy than blue ones?

Liberals wring our hands every time someone talks about building literally anything and I’m sick of it.
November 13, 2025 at 10:18 PM
Gentrification is, essentially, inducing a demand for housing that can’t be met by the existing supply. That drives prices up and pushes people out.

The solution is, and always will be, building more homes. You think it’s a coincidence that cali has a terrible homeless crisis and can’t build?
November 13, 2025 at 10:18 PM
Yeah that’s not really valid. There being enough of something doesn’t mean prices will always come down.

Homes need to be built in excess of the total population in areas where people are looking to actually live. You can find cheap homes in the US, just not in places people are buying homes.
November 13, 2025 at 10:18 PM
Ah yes, what a compelling argument.
November 13, 2025 at 9:59 PM
Houses cost a lot because we haven’t built enough of them. That’s it. It’s not a mystery.

All we ever do is increase demand. We never increase the supply because guys like Trump make money from the prices being this high.
