This is a good thing, but I'm not confident. What are the details of this deal? What guarantees Israel won't resume the genocide next week/month/year? How will the world respond if/when that occurs? Yes, I'm focusing on Israel because they hold all the power. Their response is what counts.

I beg your fuckin' PARDON!? For someone so well educated, Carney can be really dumb.

Wait, I thought Canada was "weak" and "not a viable country". Now these giant piss babies are rubbing their elbows crying about how everything is unfair. Bunch of turtles.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. CBC is vital for a functioning democracy. We need publicly funding broadcasting more than ever, but this article/headline is total garbage. Show some spine and (at least) try to hold this ghoul accountable.

This is so sad to see. I'm perfectly capable of reading the article and drawing my conclusions. Adobe can blow its AI assistant out its nose.

It's that time of year again! Based on a gut feeling not the team(s) I cheer for, or want.

I mean, Robert Nivelle leaked info like a sieve, but at the least the French had the decency to fire his ass into obscurity for it.

One of those rare moments when the names just align. These are not new sentences either.

Meanwhile, a CBC Radio program is hosting a "cross border conversation" regarding Trump's threats. It's appalling how ill prepared mainstream media is to challenge authoritarianism. Their job is to hold those in power accountable not ask "why isn't someone else doing something?"
