I’ve gotten straight angry at a lot of the texts. Apparently some of the automated programs know to factor that into their code too. I posted this a while ago but this feels like a good place to drop this exchange from Seth Moulton’s campaign I got recently. 👇

Something is going on at John Glenn Columbus International it looks like. One inbound Delta flight confirmed diverting to Detroit and one from Miami also appears to be diverting. Found this while seeing if FedEx grounded their MD-11s like UPS did. #avgeek #atccrisis (?)

I’m still flabbergasted that #EastCleveland of all places got a Dunkin’ Donuts. Flabbergasted.

All three mentioned cities have direct connections to Cleveland via @amtrak.com just in case anyone reading this wants an alternative. Last night I photographed one, spoke to the crew. They are already seeing a bump in riders.

I’m starting to lose faith in elections in this country but I’m taking a wait and see approach and as part of that, I’m still participating for now.

Unlike two years ago when we ruled on Abortion and Weed, there are no statewide races in Ohio this year; my ballot is all local.

The color season this year was late but also sustained. So after our annual color tour through the Cuyahoga Valley last week, we did an encore to Youngstown and Mill Creek Park, which is a shocking hidden gem in that city of perpetual strife.

Aside from Halloween, I also got our Ford Fusion back home from the shop today after a donut truck backed into it several weeks ago. Their insurance thankfully covered everything. The rental 2022 Toyota Camry became cozy after a while but I’m glad to have the hybrid back.

The foam is thick in Northeast Ohio today since the Wheeling & Lake Erie stuck their two anniversary units (US 250th and Ohio 200th) on the Cleveland turn out of Akron’s Brittain Yard.
