FOIA records show that pipeline pushers are coming back to siphon water away from the valleys surrounding Great Basin National Park.

Democrats and Republicans love the idea of selling off public lands in Nevada. This is not a partisan issue. Just look at what the congressional delegation has done to Vegas since the late 1990s. If Ds in the Legislature could oblige the governor they would. But the folks DC take care of it.
