Yes Spotify is convenient for many listeners. But they are mostly passive. I think we also carry the responsibility to (re)develop and maintain a culture that is a lot more economically viable for artists, as well as making it a much richer and more fun experience for true, active listeners.

Therapy, self-reflection, brutal honesty, and self-love. That’s been the key to healing. I’ve allowed the demons of my childhood to control me for almost 30 years. NO MORE. I don’t want to be a broken old man. I want to look back and say “I’m glad I put in the work.”
