Guys I think there's a bicep there and not just shaped fat.
My mean mug in a gray tank top holding my phone up in the gym mirror. My right arm is bent, adjusting my headphones and seems to have a bump where a bicep should be and even some lines leading to it from other muscles (?)

Really good upper body day to match the kick ass leg day yesterday. My application to the big back club is in progress.

This is 4 months of "progress". It's gonna be a long haul.

In the bottom set I'm in a black sleeveless shirt which hangs a little looser and parts of me look a bit leaner, but not by much. Still a big apron belly and lots of arm fat.

Ope. Finally managed to have the flexibility to find a vet to check out the stray that has been coming around.

It's a girl :) She is free of FIV and leukemia and I've got her set up in a cat condo in the downstairs basement until we can figure out how to introduce everyone. And pick out a name.

I missed spots with sunscreen. Under baked a loaf of bread. Fell asleep and missed taco night.

Look, we still have to talk about it, figure out how to determine if it has an owner, etc.

But let's just say I knew this deal was done when Nate took food out. His attitude towards the strays that look like they are being fed regularly is a water gun to protect his birds.

Day 2.

If anyone has had gastric surgery, you know how much it messes with your hunger hormones. The last few years, I just don't get hungry. I can get to low blood sugar and get the headaches, but no other signals.

Literally the first day I started strength training I was starving.

I had a better dinner at my recent conference of child support professionals.
A full plate of: sesame seed roll, steak, salmon, creamed, small potatoes, green salad with heirloom tomatoes, local bacon and a cucumber onion salad. Oh and lobster bisque in the back.

Why does drinking wine in a hotel bar make me feel some kind of way?

Have I watched too many movies? Do I like the competing feelings of being social yet alone?

This one has a big boat outside water and a big window. A plus, very soul soothing all around.

I read so many recipes and styles and was so confused that mine are nothing like your photo. I had never had it before so I was just trying it out about a month ago based on a vague description and name.
Two oblong boat shaped doughs, baked until golden brown and filled with various soft cheeses and seasoning and topped with an egg.

Realized yesterday that today is Administrative Professionals Day. I have 13 staff plus court staff that do a lot for me. So breakfast pizzas and chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream is on the menu.

I wanted to do whipped cream and Oreo decorations on the cakes but it's not happening.
A crooked cake, shot crookedly to try to hide the many issues. But it is cake shaped and has a black flecked almost gray buttercream that is flavored with Oreos.

Despite the name in the recipe book, it's one she used to bake in bulk when she owned a bakery. It may have been in Canada? Or that was the lodge she had? I dunno, I gotta get the timeline and details from my aunt.

Made pepper steak tonight because I was feeling basic. Husband declaration is that it's amazing (I added a lot of siracha and soy sauce as well as some Worcestershire, rice vinegar, pepper, sesame oil, ginger and garlic)
