Exercising regularly also seems to help but that also helps with stress, so I still think it could be related.

As I get older my stomach issues seem directly related to stress. I can be doing something I enjoy and eat shit all week but the second I get home and have to start working again I have to watch everything I eat pretty carefully to not enter the excitement zone. It took me a long time to figure.

This continues to be one of the funniest pictures I’ve ever seen. Every one of them looks like they want to melt in to a puddle. I can’t imagine how embarrassing this must have been.

It was incredible how much that adaptation just felt like it missed the whole feel of the novel. Really disappointing.
