Fact: When the plane gets raised to 30 metres, our crane then spins around rapidly until it reaches launch velocity and we cut the rope. This saves up to 65% of the fuel normally used in a conventional take off.

my most woke opinion is that any truck/SUV over 4,000 pounds should require a commercial drivers license, increased insurance/registration, more expensive parking, and higher punishments for traffic violations
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

I'm sorry I was too focused on the characters and events in the film's story to notice the many technical gimmicks intended only to impress other film directors.

"But the aspect ratio changes throughout the film!"

yes that kept reminding me I was just watching a movie

In a piece of Good News, Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) has reprogrammed several traffic signals to better accommodate the bike bus!

During school commute hours, several key signals will provide a longer walk phase with a "long-press" of the call button.

The Earthquake Ready Burnside Bridge no longer has a start date for construction, due to what Multnomah County describes as "ongoing federal uncertainty" — although the county also revealed today that the price tag has jumped from $895 million to $1.6-1.8 billion, so that probably doesn't help.

Design work on the project will continue. Multnomah County said the project's price tag has also risen to a range of $1.6-1.8 billion, up from around $900 million.
