It’s clear that some Jan. 6 defendants plotted their conspiracy to engage in violence at the Capitol while still present in their home states. Blue state prosecutors should consider whether they have jurisdiction to charge these crimes since Trump can’t pardon them.

So far Trump has issued a lawless order reinstating TikTok, pardoned 174 people who assaulted police officers, incorrectly identified the Gulf of Mexico, and the media is so scared they’re not showing the Shadow President’s Nazi salute.
