I drive an 11-year old EV with a new battery, with a range of 475km. The old battery will soon be installed in my home, to power my home on cheaper and cleaner electricity.

The problem of too many cars isn’t just about the tailpipe. And altho EVs seemingly address that issue (or “move” it, depending on the electricity source), their increased weight, and the potential increase in size & distance driven (due to #JevonsParadox) make EVs “complicated.”
