If that’s true, is there some kind of advantage to being on one vs. the other? I thought they’d go SELTIR to be able to exceed the cap by more than LTIR.

I forget if there are rules and where the Blues stand if there are any: is there “room” on the staff to bring him on without removing anyone? (/is there a “cap” to amount of assistants a team can have?). Honestly could see it being a good idea for all parties.
