Just had a fun interaction with a MAGA neighbor. They informed me they were no longer going to be "Owning the Libs".

With the current tariffs it has just become too expensive for them now.

So they will be transitioning to a "Rent the Libs" model.

Just doesn't seem to have the same pizzaz.

If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.

Day 14 - Workouts on pause. Tests came in (forgot to write the update yesterday) and not A hernia... multiple. Some based on when specific pain started have been going on for years. Basically lucky it did not strangulate before now. So doctor has me doing nothing until they come up with a plan.

Day 13 - Did what I was able to today to get some form of movement and exercise in but not the planned workout. In rather horrific pain in multiple places on my right side. Have a doctor appt tomorrow to figure what in the hell it is, because I need this fixed.

Day 12 - Really really did not want to workout today. Woke up at like 2pm, back in horrid pain, feeling groggy as fuck. However just finished my workout! Oddly did not even break into a huge sweat, even with my heart rate being in a good zone, and poses felt easier today than ever before. PROGRESS!

Day 11 - Day off (scheduled into it) program but still got in some shadow boxing cardio for 45 minutes. Foook, slipped a bit at some point, think I might have pulled something.

Day 10 - Routine setting in hard. Did not even need to think about or push myself to do the workout. Just... did it. Also first time I felt new muscle groups engaging. Overall workout also felt easier. Not a heavy sweat but heart rate was in the zone. I look back a mere 10 days and already progress.

Day 9 - Felt miserable, lethargic and depressed. I wanted to skip today, but a little voice in me said, "Grakees, you are only cheating yourself.". So just finished my workout, still depressed but less so, and super proud of me that facing my worst day so far in the routine... I PREVAILED!

Add-on for Day 8: Met with nutritionist and gastro. On a calorie restricted diet, similar to if I had bariatric surgery, but doing it without the surgery. Similar because 5 days a week are restricted and 2 days a week are double(ish) the restricted amount. 1.2k calories 5x and 2k calories 2x.

Day 8 - Today was supposed to be a vid review, talk about food journaling, other food info to watch. However I also added in a lower back focused workout from the workout options. So now 8 days in a row, did the program and even doing add-ons as part of it too. I hurt, am tired, but proud of myself.

Day 7 - ONE WEEK ALREADY! Today is a program off day, but still did some stretching (They really do not tell you how much a proper stretch will make you fart), got walking in, did some errands. Right leg being a bit wonky, not so much pain, as weakness - probably my back. Heat to loosen, ice after.

Day 6 - Workout routine plan had new exercises today, a lot more upper body, which felt great! Thankfully my upper body has maintained in these years, just had some soreness in the right arm/shoulder but likely from right lower back (chains upward) and burn on right forearm. Almost a week now!

Day 5 - Sat down to play some games, immediately in my head went "Not until you do your workout!". So got my butt right back up, did my workout, managed to be more limber today than in a long time - felt good to notice even slight progress. Bigger part was that I am now developing that routine!

Day 4 - Almost forgot to post. Day off from the yoga program, that is a built in one on the program's list as I ease into it. Still managed to do some heavy cleaning, take a walk, and do some targeted stretching. Not necessarily in that order. Heartrate was up, got in a good sweat, I am proud of me

Day 3 - Woke up extra groggy, lethargic, disconnected. This happens sometimes with my brain health status. Whole body screaming at me to fuck yoga. However - @smashley.games popping into my mind, how she has been an absolute MONSTER at this workout health stuff. So... YOGA COMPLETE! FUCK YOU BRAIN!

Side note from Day 2. This morning was in hella pain, like 9/10 pain scale, thought I had torn something or had a hernia in abdomen or groin plus quad was screaming and so was my back. After doing yoga today, I was able to walk downstairs, go get groceries, walk upstairs, put it away... NO PAIN!
