Trump has frozen virtually all federal spending, despite the fact that it was already approved by Congress. This is an insane power grab that ignores the constitutional roles of the branches of government and that will do direct harm to countless Americans.

This is a constitutional crisis.

This is exactly the takeover of government described in Project 2025. This unprecedented action cannot be allowed to stand.

Well, I guess it's done. But between the text of the announcement and various other factors, I expect this will be temporary. And that we need to find another place regardless.
