I noticed what sounded like a small engine running in my yard today, tracked it back to a Northern Flicker nest in a poplar tree. #birds

The frogs and peepers are back; just warmup tonight, the volume will pick up in the next few days, it's almost time to start sleeping in the screen porch soon
