migraines are the WORST! get plenty of rest and hydrate often, i get them pretty regularly and they are no joke. if you are able to pick up on the signs of one before it hits, what usually works for me is to take excedrin. it doesnt get rid of it completely but helps. hope you feel better soon 😊
