Dems aren't getting their asses handed to them. Folks are just constantly switching who is in power because neither party is delivering. Putting aside how good Dems are at messaging, the reason they aren't mopping the floor with R's is because they don't have a message that resonates with people.

My baseline knowledge will always outstrip someone younger, or someone who had a career change and came into the industry later. And that doesn't always mean they will do a bad job, especially if they are bringing in interesting design experience from other industries that may offset.

I agree. At the same time, I try and stay aware that I'm 42 years old and have been in the industry my whole career, heavily playing video games in all sorts of genres that entire time.

I've run into this a few times where I will reference other relatively successful games and people just full on blank and I need to provide video references.
I think this often: 1) People only playing games for fun and not industry research. 2) Not everyone actually plays ton of games.

I'm not sure why a language model would be useful for simplifying qualification requirements. Simplifying the requirements isn't a difficult or scaled problem. States put the requirements in place on purpose, so they don't want to remove them.

Not sure that's comparing apples to apples. Fewer users could produce higher hours of games played, meaning revenue could still primarily be driven by news readers. (As one example)
