• Top 10: $606
• Top 25: $493
• Top 50: $388
• Bottom 50: $237
• Entire list: $307

Playing top rated courses is getting damn expensive. Of the 139 golf courses appearing on top 100 U.S. public lists at Golf Digest, GOLF, and Golfweek, there are:
• 14 (10%) over a $500 greens fee
• 30 (22%) over $400
• 62 (45%) over $300
• 101 (73%) over $200
