Believing you are a person separate from the rest of reality is not a rational position to hold. That's just an intuition, a thought or a vague sensation somewhere at the back of your head or at the center of your chest. It's not more or less true than any other sensation

Consciousness is information directly embedded in space. Energy is information in motion, the process of instantly updating all states over time. Matter is energy resonating to create stable standing waves. Space itself is the membrane that vibrates all of existence.

Even a very small finger, held close to the eye can occlude the entire world. The same way even the tiniest mind held close to consciousness hides the entire cosmos

Some people turn to spirituality, because they have succeeded in life and still aren't satisfied and need a bigger mountain. Others are driven to do it by pure desperation with the only other option being death.

The death drive is not the desire for the body to stop fuctioning, but a yearning to transcend it's boundaries. This type of death is possible at any point by just relaxing totally and letting go of everything. Ride the craving out of time, out of duality and into annihilation.
