We’re trying to do something similar in Chicago. Brandon is trying to slash our book budget in half and remove 89 positions when we’re already incredibly short staffed. Any advice on how to get the letter to go to the correct alderman? Its not working for us.

From the numbers I see on the Library budget, we’re losing 68 positions- not 192. But maybe Im reading it wrong, where did that number come from?
