We keep asking each other what we can do to take back the country from tyranny. Make your own corner of the world as pleasant and safe as possible. If you can do more, that’s great and thank you. If you cannot, it’s OK. Don’t let anyone accuse you of not doing enough—we are all doing what we can.

My daughter and I visited the house we lived in when she was a baby, and she was shocked a 29-year-old Navy guy could afford a nice house in a safe neighborhood.
That wasn’t crazy in 1996 — but today, a nice house is out of reach for so many young people. That has to change.
