This changed world will be volatile, hostile, and dangerous.
It’s a ferocious strategy. They feel immune to pressure, free from the shackles of politics, of expectations. They don’t care about pain or reputation. Some of it is about retribution, but that’s not the end goal. The goal does not have an economic rationale, this is geopolitical to change the world

I say this in large part because while an end goal has been floated, annexation, the field of play continues to change. There is no achievable resolution that has been presented. The goal posts are shifting so fast, even GOP is caught flat footed. This is by design. It’s meant to block adaptability
