I'm not a New Yorker, but the worst these people have on #Mamdani Zohran is "he calls his dad's cousin 'aunt'"? That's it? That reeks of desperation.
I'm a white Southerner and I have so many "cousins" and "aunts" that I don't actually know how and if I'm related to.

i maintain that heretics & apostates are much more useful terms than "not real christians"
@swordsjew.bsky.social did an interview on Know Your Enemy where she advocates bringing back the word "heretic" to describe these types of people. Rather than denying their self-proclaimed faith, call out their reading of that faith as being abhorrent
