If you want to use it - it's going to be a nonsense word, at most signalling that you know of it. As far as I'm aware it's only used in "skibidi toilet" or in the middle of an accumulation of recent meme words: "skibidi ohio sigma rizz" etc. mostly to have fun being silly or to confuse older people

It comes from "skibidi toilet," a nonsense youtube series of short videos made with Gmod. In it, camera-faced people (accompanied by Everybody Wants To Rule The World) combat invasive loos with human heads sticking out of the bowl (accompanied by Dom Dom Yes Yes, lyrics misheard as "Skibidi")
