Not a few of us alerted to the pointlessness of unconscious bias trainings as they coddled white folk into believing they could evade accountability for discriminatory practices.
Here we are. Institutions are dropping EDI/DEI w/out opposition. A sheer drain of resources to appease white sensitivity.

More capitulation by cowards. Rather than fight the law, force the state to punish them, and have a clear cause of action in court, UNT gives in. This was the goal of lawmakers. They know their laws are unconstitutional but if schools give up first...
