On a side note, why is this the first I’ve heard it called Silent Hillf, I’ve been missing out.

Interesting having City and Witch Watch on the same day this season. Thoroughly enjoying Witch Watch’s goofiness and all its characters, whereas I’m often just ready for the bit to be over in City.

Wouldn’t have given this show a passing thought if you didn’t cover it. Great call by the patrons, as it ended up being my favorite show of the season.

Game makes a helluva first impression. I’ll be super curious to hear your thoughts once you hit the main “loop.” I bounced off, but I still think about it from time to time, and kinda want to go back at some point.

Haven’t seen it in 15 years, so I’m not sure how well the comedy holds up, but I remember enjoying Nyan Koi.

One of the best chase sequences is in one of the best musicals of all time, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.

The only reason I saw it through was because Watanabe was behind it. Was ready to drop it multiple times. Great music and some fun fight animation. Everything else is just painfully amateurish and forgettable. And Adult Swim/HBO only aired the dreadful English dub, compounding the mediocrity.

This should’ve been in everyone’s top films of the century lists yesterday.

I only had a few sequels in my watchlist. As usual, this preview exploded my list with potential series to try, so thank you. This season is gonna be nuts.

I played the original PS4 version when it first released, and just lost steam after a certain point. I’ve always meant to give it another shot with the Afterlife rerelease.

If we’re going purely by original score, I’d say either Taku Iwasaki’s score for Read or Die, or Hayato Matsuo’s score for The World God Only Knows.

Isn’t that kinda the function of the cycle? Hitting, speed, and power. Not quite as goofy as Gordie Howe’s I guess.

I was just thinking about Magnetic Rose the other day. An absolute masterpiece.

Safeway pretty regularly has that buy two, get three deal for General Mills products. It’s my time to stock up on Nature Valley granola bars.
