It’s freaking COLD in NW Wisconsin... tell me why I left Alaska?! And check the indoor temp! It’s set at 73. It was 62 downstairs earlier, and 90(!!!!) upstairs. We have every fan in the house pointing down the stairs trying to pull hot air down.

One of the first pics I took of Benji in June (2.5 ish months old) to one I took a few days ago (8.5 ish months) he’s grown so much and looks like an adult dog! He’s still got the same level of energy though!
And yes, he gets AAALLLLLL the stations with those ears!!

It’s good for my soul to draw and paint something just because. Not for anyone, not for my book, just for the sake of creating something. It’s now under some books to flatten it out 😂 I also found a couple corners to round out by the time I got to the end. 😁

5 degrees (F) outside today, so this is what my lap looks like. I’m in a hoodie and these dogs generate some heat, so I’m very warm. 😁💕 Bella is the white/black one, and Benji is tan. Fun fact: I wrote a children’s book about one of Bella’s adventures. It’s coming soon!
