I know its small comfort, but there's a route through apprenticeship levy funding - an employee can do an HE accredited course, 95-100% of fees paid by the levy. Univ of Beds offers law, business, accounting degress (fully professionally accredited) and sub-degreee paralegal qualifications.

I wonder how many adults are getting degree-level qualifications in-work through Apprenticeship Levy funded provision? I know its probably small but an untapped source of funding - SMEs get 95% of costs, bigger firms 100% of costs covered, Uni sorts out all the admin.
