The author didn't give a sh*t and I respect them a lot for that. Rocambole just *did* get out of whacky situations (hence the "rocambolesque" word) for no other reason than to have more of them.
It's James Bond, man's been alive for decades. Who cares if he dies, just have him not die.

And what if he just did wake up? Who would that bother, really?
My favourite thing was one of Rocambole's adventures, back when there were serial novels in newspapers. The man ended up one time at the bottom of the ocean, trapped in a box.
Next issue, he walked scot free in NYC, no explanation given

I mean, full offense, but to me they look like some Blizzard WoW bullshit with oversimplified shapes and stupidly big slabs of metal as armor. They should have looked so much better by iterating on babylonian aesthetics.

I think half of them don't summon minions. But between this and flying bosses who move really fast and are always juuuussssst out of reach of your needle...

Exactly! I feel everyone wants to contribute to society in a way, and that means working. The thing is, capitalism creates the conditions in which people can't contribute to their society, and alienates them for it... to better exploit them afterwards.
