got some new-to-me sneakers this week
So here's the MH Wilds "Baby" Seikret plush (MacBook Pro 14" for scale... if you could even see it...)
Also came with the tote bag and the small pouch, though I think the original set from e-Capcom came with the steelbook instead of the tote.

been a bit and after getting MH Wilds to the point that I feel (mostly?) satisfied with the balance of graphics & performance, honestly it's fine, just kinda sad playing through low rank alone because I got into MH playing World & Rise with my friends & having fun. At least my hunter is still hot 😊

Flashmods are cool and all but there's a certain charm to hearing the quiet whirring of my iPod 3rd gen's hard drive whenever I take my earphones off
(I have a flashmodded 7th gen for daily use but honestly this clunky thing is way more fun...)

It's running better than I expected (so far), though I do have to play on Medium with upscaling. Seems like I could also swap over to High but I'll have to use the more aggressive Ultra Performance DLSS... My hunter looks great in cutscenes at least

They've always been good at making either songs that sound like anime openings or songs that are a vibe and I'd say it's half and half on this one. I love the relationship angst entwined with geographical references on Point,Nemo in particular.

My top artists are definitely from the first two concerts I saw this year, plus Brymir. I'm expecting early this 2025 to be very much affected by all the new folk metal bands I saw in the festival.

All for Metal - So is there endless mead in Valhalla so that you can get so drunk? I normally don’t enjoy them but many beers in, with everyone’s hype, and with big muscular Tetzel they really sold me (live at least). They have costumes, dancers, and pyro and it’s a pretty good time

TDSOTM - mostly I watched them because I am a big fan of Hans but I honestly did like the energy of their performance and their lead singer, I just don’t really listen to the fandom stuff they have like the Harry Potter and the Hunger Games songs but honestly I found them enjoyable live
