Utah mom of boys. We love winter! I fish. A LOT! Makes sense, I curse like a sailor.
We make this also but add some bourbon in the filling as well as the sour cream topping.

Same. We’re all going to die from this toxic air. Impatiently waiting for snow so we can at least hit the ski hill to escape the crap air. Mountain biking on thanksgiving will be a first for our family. At least we will be up out of the inversion.

Can you work on this sign in Utah schools? It’s state LAW to have it in a conspicuous place. Pretty sure it’s a hard no according to the Constitution.

This was a voter initiative. Utah leg likes to say so what. We voted 2x against vouchers for private school but they said sorry to that also. So thankful to the league of women voters and all who pushed for this map! Maybe we can be in the same district w/ neighbors instead of those 325 miles away.

Jealous. They don’t let us adult in Utah. Found an amazing signature Gigondas in AK that was 14$ and beyond amazing. The signature Prosecco for $8 is also the best bang for your buck anywhere. Sad. Now I am planning a drive.

Wait what? In Utah we don’t get the Costco wine and liquor selection but they have a wine advent calendar??? This calls for a drive.

The 8 who voted yes are either not seeking reelection or don’t have a race until 2028!
Also, they all took $$ from American Airlines PAC. Except Fetterman. He seems to have done it just for fun.
Perhaps they need a refresher on leverage. And chuck schumer should resign immediately. He’s no leader.

We all have eyes. I’m heartbroken.

I’ve read your posts long enough to learn about these details and I got it right!! Thank you for always educating me. We should never reach the end of learning.

No!!!!!!! They have enough places that are already ruined by OHV’s. Please keep our national treasures safe!

Those stores kept us fed. My dad took us to HAFB once a month for food to fill the freezer. The BX was our clothier. Medical care was also there. A 45 min drive each way was still cheaper than the local grocer. And no tax. This will wreck military families already struggling.

A meeting that could have been an email? I mean, pretty poor email but could have been one. A long, rambling, email. Way less embarrassi… wait never mind.

I feel this in my soul. I will skip the YouTube directions EVERY single time. I can read faster than watching Larry undo the bolts and tell me what size socket I need and how he has a specific brand wrench set. I’m a very fast reader. Larry is a slow talker. He also adds detail I don’t need.

The kids in 3rd grade are killing me today… and tricked me into saying it out loud! Apparently I’m the best sub teacher ever. 😂You’re winning at parenting!

I sub teach in the SLCSD and I get one too!

I wish slarts was able to get them free but discounted is better than nothing and it allows them to access the whole city. And yep, lot of kids riding the busses! We love it.
September 18, 2025 at 7:58 PM
That bus is full of kids from Salt lake arts academy every morning and afternoon. My kids love that bus, gets them to the bike pump track without needing to cross 7th and state, and they loop from 9th and 9th to east high for all downhill scootering! Best route ever.

Oh don’t do it. You will regret the pre-minced. Unless you’re cooking on an industrial scale, and then it’s still regrettable.

Loved that it wasn’t respectful dissent either. They are deserving of no such respect.

Oh the wind storm! 2020 was wild. Earthquake! No school because well… Covid… And wind! So no school as no internet for at home learning! No power for us until Friday. So glad that year is over. And it’s a serious time marker. We lost a couple of trees and our rain gutter. Liberty park was uprooted!
