When you learn to give yourself grace for those weekends of bedrotting, find friends and lovers who understand your needs, and carve a life that looks the way you want it, despite the struggles, yeah, life's good. Faith, friends, family, work, love, all manageable with the right accommodations.
I struggle with seasonal affective disorder and major clinical depression. I haven't had major depressive symptoms/issues since 2019. But the seasonal affective is always a slippery slope.
I've been rebuilding my life for years now, as another millenial who will never own a home, etc but life's good

When it comes to the esoteric and occult tweets/skeets/threads, if I see any Spiritualist movement based language, I instantly take several grains of salt. Unprompted "ascended masters" talk turns me away almost immediately. (Also the abuse of the word portals. Over it )

Alright. Threads is fun, but the interface is obnoxious. X is dead. FB is for keeping appearances with high school acquaintances, work mates, and those people you met at a party six years ago. I post to insta very irregularly, FB lleven less so, so expect the same here. Let me lurk in peace.
