What happens when the SSA closes field offices?
*People have a harder time getting access to services that they are eligible for because of crowded offices.
*People with more severe disabilities, lower income and lower education are most adversely affected.

Many students hesitate to come to office hours because they don't know what to say. I've started explicitly asking all students to attend at least once and providing sentence starters—it's made a big difference in increasing participation.
