Just cleaned out my followers from the other place, feels like trump lovers, crypto scammers & the like being pushed as followers & all without notification they are following you! I like a lot of people there so reluctant to leave but it’s getting worse! 🤦🏼♀️

Forgot how horrific cold weather is with spasticity post stroke, 5 winters & I’m still not used to the huge increase in symptoms & discomfort! Got enough going on with my shoulder recovery! 🙄#strokesurvivor #cold
