I slept most of the morning away. Dreaming. Got it together mid afternoon. Got some fresh air. Have eaten. Now awake. Cosy under the duvet. A night of 📻 and 💿 reasonably calm.

I have something similar as has a friend but...I have an inexpensive rapid boil kettle. I only boil what I need so it's still quick. I can aways boil more and store it in flask to avoid freqent kettle use. But they are a great idea. Mine was an Aldi item.

I see talk of an inquiry/investigation is being held by FIFA about regarding the peace prize awarded to Trump by its President Gianni Infantino. I believe they are saying others were not consulted.

Seen this too...

Why is FIFA President Gianni Infantino working so hard to court President Trump?
FIFA needs President Trump to support the 2026 World Cup, but many view FIFA President Gianni Infantino's wooing of Trump as excessive.

Damn...Two of my best Xmas cards are missing the correct size of envelopes. I cannot find them anywhere. Perhaps they were always missing.
Update:I have found a couple of extra large envelopes that will mean that I can still use the cards.

🧵Damn issue two:Forgetting about my video doorbell which will be set up eventually...

Unknown to me I found the indoors unit had dropped into a jug of water! Shook it out. It struggled to offer one chime which was quiet. I was pretty harsh with it. 1/

So a hostile bid coming from Paramount against Netflix's bid for Warner Bros/Discovery/HBO/CNN via a Eastern consortium. And Trump's son in law has a hand in it according to LBC...

I got my spring onions. Added a few little extras like Branston pickle. Pickled onions. Festive sausage rolls. Butter spread. Marmalade. Crisps mainly for sharing. Smaller salad tomatoes. Festive double TV Guide.

I have purchased the double festive TV guide. Showing all the TV I am likely not to watch.🤣

I may still go to the local shops. To kill time. Only likely to buy spring onions. No plans other than a very few Christmas cards to write. The way things are going for sad reasons. My circle of friends/acquaintances become smaller. The cards I have may last many years or could never all be used.
