Oh bloody hell that Ian Marter tribute on the S13 Bluray is so bloody lovely, sensitively done and incredibly touching. Was always a fan of Harry but never knew much about Ian himself. It suddenly seems very dusty in here.

Ohhh, I already have one of these for the C64 taking up space in the games room but I've not played piano since my teens and have never been musically gifted so that's a non starter already.

Day's barely started and hurting already so cocodamol with breakfast & scrubbing plans to do anything as strenuous as yesterday's [checks notes] painting a single miniature. Instead, going to have a refresher on the worst/best* Bond film then see how we go 🤞

Also got this other one back in the detail dio to strip off the Golden High Flow fluorescent chartreuse that was leaching into everything else. Gave it half an hour and a fair bit came off but not enough so they went in for another half hour after that.

Really glad I was able to take Flo out on Saturday, even if it was only for a few short hours and crashed out after as a result. Better today but still almost midday before I've been able to haul myself outside today to try & distract myself from being like this. Anyway, let's see what I can manage.

..I switched to one of these daylight alarms and the annoyance of effectively being shouted awake is now a distant memory. Obs, if you're talking about having the radio on while you potter about the kitchen/commute it's a different matter but for waking up to it's a revelation. Well worth trying :)

Waasaay back in March I ordered a copy of this book for Flo, not knowing it's utterly cursed. By the time it arrived at Cowbridge bookshop I'd fallen ill and have barely been able to leave the house. This weekend has been the first time in over seven months I've been able to get there to pick it up.

Also made a bit more progress on three others, although the Golden High Flow fluorescent purple is STILL bleeding through, even after repeated coats of gloss AND matt varnish last week, so may need to strip him and start again. Also, anyone know a good neon green that isn't watery as hell?
