Is it hopeful or depressing that I made what is probably the best RPG I've ever managed to create (at least I feel like that) and realized that as a product it would be better as a board game (with heavy RP elements)?
Otherwise it's just going to be one of the million free RPGs released every year.

Good news: Fractures FUCKING SLAPS as a game. Today the playtest was "We have 3 days to get to the dungeon, and we're out of money and gear" and it was great.
Bad News: Naming stuff "Climax Scenes", "Pushing", and "Pulling" is a little on the nose when a character is literally selling ass.

WARDEN is a truly a wondrous fantasy game, because in it you can Work A Vocation, gain Savings and purchase an apartment.

I feel a great need to make a ttrpg character who wears an escoffion, you know, those two-horned things fine medieval ladies wore, sometimes with veils.
Kinda similar to hennin, the conical hats "fairytale princesses" have on their head.
