Forgot the photo!

#NoKings rally today at California State University Northridge ( #CSUN ). Might have been over 500 people spread across four corners at the height of it. And this was one of the smaller ones held in LA today.

Signs of life today at Malibu Lagoon State Beach (California). Plenty of Brown Pelicans, and Brandt's Cormorants. Several Egrets seen (Snowy, and Great). Also some Least Terns, but I couldn't get them in frame before they were out of sight. (And lots of gulls, naturally)

I was huge Hulk Hogan fan when I was a kid, but as an adult, my disillusionment came a long time ago.

Recently finished The Staircase in the Woods, by @chuckwendig.bsky.social. I dont want to get too spoilery, so I'll post more in a reply, but this novel was at least as enjoyable to read as The Book of Accidents and Black River Orchard.

Been busy lately, so I nearly forgot that my physical copy of the Street Wolves RPG book arrived in the mail a few days ago. It's like a team-up between Knight Rider and the A-Team, with the soundtrack and style of Miami Vice. Props and kudos to Table Cat Games for putting out this rad game. #ttrpgs
