Yeh, I lived in greater London as young ‘army brat’ in the late 1960’s. My education was enhanced compliments of British Army postings that included London, Kaduna, Munster, Mons and Singapore.

Doesn’t bother me and many EU countries have visitor/tourist taxes. London is a bloody remarkable city to explore! I love London.
