And Keir shouldn't not even wait to organize that rejoin referendum. If Ukraine becomes an E.U. member before 2030, and that also Canada becomes one, it's difficult to stand U.K. staying alone outside.

"I promise to organize a rejoin referendum"
(without considering if E.U. members will enjoy that perspective or not, it's not the problem yet).
