Yes, since it's been a while, I will also redo the old French and German designs
I kinda wish information on 14th century "knightly" armor information was more accessible, or rather, not buried beneath enshitified google "buy my 50$ breastplate replica" results. Particularly national differences.

One way I keep an eye on people isnt through third party feeds, but through bsky's native lists. You can just click on the "..." next to a name and "add to list [Favourite artists]"
Then you can pin that list on your front page and see it just as if it were a feed. Helps de-clutter the home feed.

You forgot the best part. It's a console that can't play console games.
Everything is an Xbox, except this, which can only run the PC library.

Have fun! I think with worldbuilding there's always a risk of overthinking and building it, working on bg stories that never show up anywhere. These days I just always start in medias res and work my way backwards. There's more, but until it touches on the immediate story it's just gonna be vibes

Absolutely nothing wrong with having tens of specialists and experts in the ship to make sure things run
It's more that a lot of stories have the "I invented X / am project lead of" person join the crew... rather than just someone who is an expert in gizmology but didn't literally invent the gizmo.

I included the sketching in the timelapse this time. But its mostly more stylized painting practice. I think I'm almost there with painting faces.

The 2000s are going to experience the same thing classical art did. Everything pre covid will be "90s" eventually.
Just like all oil paintings are "renaissance"

Getting the eyes to read well while in shadow was quite tricky on this one. Played around with using saturation a lot more than I thought I would
