This is one of my favourite songs. Not just by you, but by anyone. I love it, especially when the snare fully kicks in.

And of course the irony being that supermarkets have this edition for sale. Which I suppose I could buy if I hadn’t already paid for it.

I’ve been a subscriber for over 18 years, and always look forward to the end of year edition. This month was the first time in those 18 years that I didn’t get the magazine. When I contacted your publisher they told me that they didn’t have any editions left. Immensely disappointed.

Really enjoying these. Actually laughed out loud on your talk about the word of the year. “I wouldn’t know. I’d just think they were my mates”.

£1m though. A bargain at twice the price.

Might give it another go now I’m retired.
It was about a football agent who had a client that was so appalling and awful that the only solution he could come up with was to murder him. I have a friend who used to be a kit man, and some of the stuff he told me about football players…unbelievable!

About 10 years ago I was laid up for a couple of months with an illness, so I thought I’d write a book. Spent days and weeks on it. Rewrote it, edited it, rewrote it again, and on and on. Eventually I thought, that’s it, we’re done. Sat down to read it through. It took about an hour 😂
